A big update of the beer atlas!

We’ve launched an updated Beer Altas, and we can’t wait to introduce you to its new products!

Two varieties from the oldest brewery in Upper Bavaria appeared on faucets: mild and refreshing Schnitzlbaumer Hell and wheaten Schnitzlbaumer Weisse.

Also returning is the famous Timmermans cherry lambic. Kriek Lambicus. Timmermans branded lambics have preserved the tradition of producing this magnificent drink for 300 years and are the world’s oldest fruity Belgian beer.

Blanche de Namur — white wheat beer of the highest quality. This beer surprises with its roundness and delicacy, delicate acidity and almost complete absence of bitterness. His fragrance — refined, with spicy notes of coriander and curacao orange. «Blanche de Namur» — know-how of the Du Bocq brewery, it won the title of best Wietbier in 2009, 2013 and 2014 according to the WBA.

Filou / Filou (Filou) — this fresh addition to Van Hoonsburk’s already known line was released in 2014 . Using Belgian and Czech aroma hops, Filou offers soft fruitiness and light hop bitterness.

There are also quite a few updates on bottle positions:

  • — Reutberger Heller Bock — a powerful amber lager with a solid malt base;
  • — a line of hels and weizens from the family brewery Riegele from Augsburg. In total, the Augsburg brewery produces 22 varieties of beer on a permanent basis, among which there are representatives of the «new wave» German brewing and classic varieties. Attention to the brewery is not related «to «quality» its traditional varieties (almost any German brewery is unlikely to disappoint with this), and with the niche that Riegele occupies in brewing in Germany. The brewery with the golden horse logo has long chosen its own special path in brewing, becoming an example of successful innovation in a part of Germany where too much is determined by tradition;
  • — pilsner and non-alcoholic beer from Austrian Eggenberg. It is located in Forchdorf, in the Austrian Alps, on the banks of the Alm River, which is the source of water used in production. Today, it is one of the leading breweries in Europe;
  • — French ciders from Normandy brand Sassy: Rose and Bio. «Sassy» Bio — organic Normandy cider made from five varieties of apples grown near the Château de Sassi. This fine and well-balanced semi-dry cider — a true fruity hit with terroir notes on the palat
  • — non-alcoholic ales: walnut porter and hopped ale from the brewery from Saint Petersburg Zero Point. So far, the only brewery in Russia that brews only non-alcoholic varieties! Anchor # 3 — it’s a raspberry ale — limited series from private Crimean brewery Anchor;
  • — a line of four classic varieties from Dreamteam Brew, located in Moscow.

We look forward to all Lambic restaurants for new Beer Atlas!

Barbe Rybe beer candies at the Lambic restaurant in Moscow City

Chocolate candy with Barbe Ruby beer and cherry coulis (400 rubles) is a new dessert at the Lambic restaurant in Moscow City. This handmade candy was developed in collaboration with the Teville chocolate workshop, which works exclusively with premium Swiss Felchlin chocolate. Dark chocolate, rich Barbe Ruby beer ganache, and a hint of cherry tartness make this a special dessert for those who appreciate a signature approach and want a little something sweet to go with their tea or coffee after dinner. The new chocolates are already available on the menu. And on Friday, March 6, all women will be treated to this dessert as a compliment in honor of the holiday of spring and beauty.
